1. Planting trees: This will improve the way your property looks which will automatically increase its value. You can also earn some residual income from the tree farming. Just plant trees that one can sell or even grow fruits from.
2. Fencing: This gives you first some form of security so no one can trespass through your land. It also gives potential buyers a form of security that automatically increases the value of land.
3. Join the community patrol in the area: This will also add on to the security of the land and make it easier to sell to potential clients who aren’t able to access the land daily. This automatically gives a boost when negotiating with a potential buyer.
