Risiih Investments Limited is a limited company established in 2018 with a mission to build a future where every woman in Kenya has a safe, secure place to call home. Through our CSR initiative, we offer vital support to vulnerable women who have been affected by life challenges such as divorce, widowhood, or conflict. Through donating land to these displaced women, we grant them access to secure land for intergenerational inheritance, thereby safeguarding their economic stability and empowering future generations. Our goal is to expand our efforts, enabling us to donate more land to women which will provide them with a sense of security and stability, helping to uplift entire communities.

From 2023 to 2028, Risiih Investments Ltd aims to become a key player donating land and granting women access to land without any cost in Kenya.

Our CSR program targets displaced and vulnerable women in the communities where we donate land, empowering them to achieve sustainable and affordable land ownership.

We have supported 10 families from different communities and donated over 5 acres of land.
Our Innovative Approach
Our goal is to service up to 1 million African women by 2030, expand our CSR program to support 10,000 vulnerable women in Kenya who have been displaced by 2030, and educate women in Kenya and East Africa in order to increase women’s land ownership exponentially on the continent. Capacity Building and Skills Development
We employ hands-on training, tailored educational workshops and ongoing support to equip women with the technical, financial, and managerial skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and maintain their land assets.
Leveraging Technology and Innovation
We are leveraging whatsapp groups to facilitate easy land transactions, access to information, and the sharing of resources among women landowners to enhance the reach and impact of our initiatives.Community Network

Our Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's)
The solution provided by Risiih Investments Limited aligns closely with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By empowering women with education and support in land ownership processes, it directly contributes to Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). Ensuring women have access to secure land for intergenerational inheritance addresses Poverty (SDG 1) and fosters Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8). Moreover, by promoting peace and stability through secure land rights, it supports Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions (SDG 16). Goals & KPI's
Currently servicing 5 acres, 36 plots, 10 families in 2024, we are looking to grow into donating 20 acres, 148 plots and 40 families in 2025, and ultimately 40 acres, 287 plots, and 100 families.
