A Free Hold title also known as Absolute Title Deed is where the landowner has the maximum rights to the land without any time period or any other restrictions. This land has no conditions when it comes to ownership.
A Lease Hold Title also know as Certificate of Lease is one where ownership of the land is subjected to a definite period mostly being a maximum of 99years in Kenya.
